Metro.net (2016-2020)

I was employed as a contractor with LA Metro between February 2016 – February 2020 and April 2012 – August 2013. As a member of the Web Production team, I provided timely updates to the public-facing website metro.net and occasional updates to Metro ExpressLanes website, the intranet site, some Metro vanity sites, and emails in various platforms, notably Emma and SalesForce Marketing Cloud. I was involved in the migration from several designs and provided web production updates during several line openings, including the Expo and Gold Line extensions.
